Gayle Kalmin Weinberg

Gayle Weinberg Kalmin began her career representing plaintiffs in personal injury litigation and has since gained more than 30 years of experience as a civil litigator and transactional attorney.

In 1997, Gayle founded The Law Offices of Gayle Weinberg, P.C. where she continued to represent injured plaintiffs and began representing property owners and real estate investors in disputes arising out of breach of contract, false disclosure, fraud, mechanics liens, ownership disputes, title defects, etc.

In addition, Gayle's is one of the few attorneys in Chicago who assists "third-party bidders" of foreclosed properties in Cook County with the prompt confirmation of judicial sales, clearance of title issues, resolution of disputes relating to past unpaid assessments due in accordance with the Illinois Condominium and Disclosure Act, redemption of unpaid real estate taxes, and the sale of properties acquired at judicial sales, among other things.

When she is not arguing in court, Gayle enjoys representing buyers, sellers, and real estate investors in real estate transactions of varying complexity.
